Minutes: January 23rd, 2007
 

The business meeting of the Catawba Island Trustees was called to order by chairman Gary Mortus with all present.  Also present:  Pat Cerny, Reggie Langford, Jack DeVore, and James Stouffer.  William Rofkar made a motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting econded by Robert Schroeder; all voted aye.  William Rofkar made a motion to pay the bills in the amount of $118,169.72 seconded by Robert Schroeder.  All voted aye.

Correspondence included a thank you from Garner Sanitation for being a valued customer and stating their new pricing; James P. Boule withdrawing his request for a variance in the Bluff; Edward J. Wiza, III stating he will remove all posts that connect his tree house to the ground; Cintas rental service agreement for walk off mats.  Statewide for a Ford Focus and an exemption form for real estate taxes; Ohio Cat, equipment.

 

Pat Cerny also explained that she set up the computer for a fourteen-day pay period and PERS requests that we cannot change or pay for seven days once it is set up.   Pat Cerny will look into direct deposit.

 

Gary Mortus stated that the zoning computer could use updating.  She will call Port Clinton Computer.

 

William Rofkar made a motion to adjourn seconded by Robert Schroeder.  All voted aye.
