Paul Patterson
representing the Woodlands Subdivision stated the Trustees and community
residents have been discussing possibility of making the roads public
in the Township. |

|
Gary Mortus stated a copy
of the letter sent to the Association was received stating the
deficiencies and these would have to brought up to the standard before
Township would take over the roads. Once they are accepted by the
Township we would be responsible for the maintenance. |
|
|
|
Paul asked if everything
was brought up to code would the Township accept them? Gary stated
if everything was approved by County Engineer, who is our consultant
for roads, would be in favor of accepting the roads. |
