Paul Patterson representing the Woodlands Subdivision stated the Trustees and community residents have been discussing  possibility of making the roads public in the Township.

Gary Mortus stated  a copy of the letter sent to the Association was received stating the deficiencies and these would have to brought up to the standard before Township would take over the roads.  Once they are accepted  by the Township we would be responsible for the maintenance.

Paul asked if everything was brought up to code would the Township accept them?  Gary stated if everything  was approved by County Engineer,  who is our consultant for roads, would be in favor of accepting the roads.

Zoning Inspector Pat Cerny reported the Zoning Commission recommended approval of the PUD submitted by Catawba-Cleveland Development Company at their meeting last week.   Asked about Trustees hearing and Board agreed a special public hearing will be March 31, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. for the Planned Unit Development.  Received letter from John Davenport regarding cars for Heigel Park parking in his driveway

Bob Schroeder stated John advertises the Township tennis courts and basketball court in his Bed and Breakfast brochures. Asked about the fire hydrant resolution and was advised it was sent to the Prosecuting Attorney for his opinion.

William Rofkar presented specifications for a shelter house for Heigel Park.  A motion was made by William Rofkar and seconded by Robert Schroeder to advertise in the News Herald for sealed bids for a shelter house in Heigel Park to be received on or before April 8, 2003 and will be opened and read at 7:30 p.m.  All voted aye.

Clerk reported there is 1.3 inside milleage available and was advised to find the tax base and what is needed to open the tax base.  Advised to transfer $175,000.00 to Star Ohio.

Gary Mortus stated road revue was cancelled due to roads covered with snow and has not been rescheduled yet.  Another Township is going to look at the 1994 dump truck next Monday if we decide to sell it out right.  Hope to have specifications for a new dump truck by next meeting.  Generator at the Community Hall is hooked up now.

A motion was  made by Robert Schroeder and seconded by William Rofkar to adjourn.  All voted aye.
