Pat Cerny asked about Paul Patterson and Robert Fic not attending Zoning meetings since they were appointed members and was advised to call or write a letter asking them if they are interested in being a member.

William Rofkar stated there will be a meeting Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. in the Court House to discuss Sand Road Waterline project. Presented quote of $375.00 from Dave Zimmerman in Fremont for layout and striping the parking lot at the old fire station which was approved.  Presented quote from Molnar Construction to remove stumps, haul them away and add stone to bank at Moores Dock Road for $2614.00.

Bill presented quote from Molnar Construction to put in three twelve foot roads to the compost area for $12069.00  Gary stated something has to be done with the water drainage as there is so much water setting there.

Jim Stouffer asked where the water goes that runs down from the west side of the Cemetery and is the catch basin and pump station the Townships?  Bill stated when we dug for the pond that whole project was done.  Gary stated there is a cross-over by the telephone building but there is none on this end.

A motion was made by Gary Mortus and seconded by Robert Schroeder to award contract to Molnar Construction to put in three roads to the compost area for $12,069.00 with additional $2500.00, if necessary for additional ditch work.  All voted aye.

Bill Rofkar stated the John Deere backhoe is due 1000 hour maintenance and have a quote from Buck & Knobby Equipment for maintenance at cost of $822.50 and there is something wrong with the mower bucket not taking grease at cost of $463.00 to replace.

There is an attachment that loads brush onto the big dump trucks and thinks it would be a very handy piece of equipment and including transportation cost would be $2550.00 installed.  Thinks it would save time picking up piles.

Gary Mortus stated residents haul brush to the road on their own truck to be picked up

Rather than bringing it to Cemetery Road themselves.  Bob Schroeder stated didn‘t think they should be picking up such heavy brush.

A motion was made by Gary Mortus and seconded by Robert Schroeder to award contract to Buck & Knobby Equipment for maintenance to the John Deere backhoe not to exceed $2000.00.  The vote: W. Rofkar-aye, G. Mortus-aye, R. Schroeder-aye.

Gary Mortus made a motion to adjourn.  Robert Schroeder seconded and all voted aye.
