Correspondence included a fine report and a letter from Frank Gates thanking us for our business.  Pat Cerny received pictures of the rear yard of a parcel owned by Lee Baker located 1427 Northeast Catawba Road showing the condition of the yard.  Lee Baker said he would handle it.  Pat Cerny also discussed junk vehicle notices that were sent out.

Robert Schroeder stated Chris Redfern said the Heigel Park is a beautiful park, except for the porta-potty and suggested an enclosure around it.  William Rofkar suggested putting in a permanent restroom.  William Rofkar will look into a precast concrete vault restroom and have it installed next to the tennis courts which would be closer to the utilities.  Gary Mortus stated when we are ready to do this, he will talk to the County Commissioners about the sewer fees.

Gary Mortus stated that KoKosing will be doing the project on Converse and they will get the permits to trench up Converse to put the cable in.  Gary Mortus also stated we should start thinking about the commercial users of the composting area and charge the commercial users a flat fee of $500 a year for dumping to help offset the cost of grinding.  Robert Schroeder does  not think the users are all from Catawba Island.  Barnes, Baileys, Thompsons, Sheppards, would be considered commercial.

Robert Schroeder made a motion to adjourn seconded by William Rofkar.  All voted aye.
