Maintenance

The Trustees agreed to the tree removal by Mullens Tree Service.

Old Business

The Trustees addressed the concerns brought before the board by Joyce Bremyer in regard to rules and regulations of the township cemetery.

Gary Mortus said the Trustees met individually with maintenance personnel in the cemetery to discuss concerns. He said Trustees are reviewing the current cemetery rules and regulations and hope to come up with a resolution to address resident concerns without compromising the aesthetics and perpetual care of the cemetery.

New Business

Trustees signed two cemetery deeds for niches in the columbarium.

Trustees also signed a corrected deed transferring a single space at the request of a customer. The original deed was purchased in the fall of 2012 by Beverly Byrne. She has since requested the remains of her loved one be moved to an alternate location within the cemetery for personal reasons. Dan Barlow is working on arrangements with the funeral home.

Matt Montowski made a motion to adjourn the meeting. William Rofkar seconded the motion.
All voted aye. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
