ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES
MARCH 22, 2023
Members of the Commission in attendance were Chairperson Jordan Davenport, Paul Shaw, Dr. Gregory Hart, and Alternates Bill Barnes and David Wonnell. Also in attendance were Matt Montowski, Trustee and Todd Bickley, Zoning Inspector and Commission Secretary.

Chairperson Davenport called the meeting of the Catawba Island Township Zoning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. For the record, he identified the date as March 22, 2023.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Chairperson Davenport reviewed the agenda.
Agenda Item 1 – Applications
Agenda Item 2 – Approve Prior Meeting Minutes
Agenda Item 3 – Unfinished Business
Agenda Item 4 – New Business
Agenda Item 1 – Applications
Secretary Bickley indicated that no new applications have been submitted for commission review.
Agenda Item 2 – Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes
The October 26, 2022 minutes stand approved with the correction of Brian Barnes to Bill Barnes and the correct spelling of John Granzier.
The January 25, 2023 minutes stand approved with the correct spelling of John Granzier.
The February 8, 2023 minutes stand approved with eliminating Don Habegger as an Attendee.
The February 22, 2023 minutes stand approved as written.
Agenda Item 3 – Unfinished Business
Chairman Davenport noted that the Trustees approved the Marsh’s Crossing PUD with the stipulations as identified by the Zoning Commission. The duplex garage modification was approved by the Trustees.
The Board reviewed the Marsh’s Crossing PUD process.
Agenda Item 4 New Business
No new business to conduct. Chairman Davenport indicated that the next regularly scheduled meeting is April 26, 2023
